Tried the local cuisine at the restaurant, tasted like heaven, especially the roasted meats! Close to the beach, perfect for a lazy day in the sun. Had a fun time exploring the cultural highlights nearby.

Flooding bathroom, perfect for a little swimming pool experience. Only one chair on the balcony, so I had the pleasure of standing like a flamingo.

We had a fantastic stay at a small, well-priced hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the street. The menus in the bar/restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes at a great value. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby shops and restaurants. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a vending machine and a proper phone charger, we found solutions nearby. The hotel's proximity to Plaza del Mar and the ease of finding free parking were definite pluses. We especially enjoyed the windows, which provided a lovely view. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay in Castellon de la Plana.

The value for money at Herreros was excellent, and the room was really clean and comfortable. The location was great, with the beach and a supermarket just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional, and even though not all of them spoke English, they were always helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety or additional choices.

The outside tables on the street provided a nice spot to enjoy the surroundings.

The shower in the bathroom had a tendency to flood, making it inconvenient.

We recently stayed at Herreros in a super location, just a 5-minute walk to Plaza del Mar. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and the hotel itself was clean. Our allocated accessible room had a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the various menus available in the downstairs bar/restaurant, with 7 different dishes to choose from, all of which were delicious and some even unique. The value for money was excellent, including some of the cheapest drinks we've had in Spain. Plus, there was never a problem finding free street parking nearby, even in late July. our experience at Herreros was fantastic.

The room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even if some of them didn't speak much English. The hotel is conveniently located close to the port and the beach. But what I loved the most was how peaceful and quiet it was - we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors and had a peaceful night's sleep. Another great thing about this hotel is that it offers excellent value for money.

One downside was the lack of free parking. It was quite difficult to find parking nearby, but the hotel does offer indoor parking at an additional cost.
